The scope of renovation works for ACA Stadium has been looked up with Item rate basis (Including Material, manpower & machineries).

| 6 | Vitrified flooring & skirting (1200x2400 mm & 600x1200 mm) |
| 7 | Granite counter tops @ Toilets |
| 8 | Laminated Flooring |
| 9 | Painting works (Internal & External) |
| 10 | Joinery Works (Doors & Windows) |
| 11 | MS Railing Works |
| 12 | False Ceiling Works (Gypsum & VOX Infratop Connex ceiling system) |
| 13 | Structural steel fabrication and erection works |
| 14 | Miscellaneous Works (Anti termite, Glass partition, GYP board, MDF board Toilet cubicles, Removing the existing Aluminium partition, Dismantling the existing wall and Staircase all levels) |
