REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – Civil & Finishing Works – Expression of Interest (EOI) Andhra Cricket Association Head Office (1st Floor to 4th Floor) at Vijayawada.

Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) is pleased to invite you to participate in the RFP process for the ACA Head Office building at Vijayawada.

You are requested to confirm your participation within 24 hours (1 day) from receipt of this communication at office@andhracricket.com

Project Scope of Works / Preliminaries

The structural works of the Office Building have already been completed. This Bill of Quantities (BOQ) has been prepared to cover only the Civil, Finishing and MEP works of the building.

1	Solid Block Work (200 mm & 100mm thick)
2	Plastering Work
3	Waterproofing with protection layer @ Wet areas
4	Hamelite or vermiculite filling @ Sunken area
5	wooden flooring over existing tile flooring
6	Vitrified Flooring & Dado @ Wet area
7	Granite countertops
8	Painting works
9	Joinery Works (Doors & Windows)
10	False Ceiling Works (Gypsum, GRID & VOX Infratop Connex ceiling system)
11	MEP Works

Note:The above works shall be executed on an item-rate basis, inclusive of materials, manpower, and machinery. The timeline for completion is 45 days from the award of contract.

As part of this landmark development, the Client intends to engage a reputed and experienced contracting firm to undertake the General Civil Contract Works for the esteemed project.

  • For Companies: Certificate of Incorporation

2. Technical

• Company portfolio
• Current commitments in hand
• List of plant & equipment
• Organization Chart
• Escalation matrix (Till closure of tender)
• Manpower Mobilization Plan

General Instructions

• Interested bidders are advised to visit and inspect the project site to assess location, facilities, local conditions, and all factors affecting the work.
• Any technical queries may be addressed to the undersigned via email.
• The BID Proposal shall be submitted within 3 working days from receipt of the BOQ.
