Kiran More Wicket-Keeping Master Class Held at North Zone Academy, Vizianagaram

The Andhra Cricket Association successfully organized the prestigious Kiran More Wicket-Keeping Master Class at the North Zone Academy, Vizianagaram, providing an excellent learning platform for aspiring wicket-keepers across different age groups.

The master class witnessed active participation from ACA men & Women Senior, U-23, U-19, U-15 and U-16 players, who received valuable guidance and advanced wicket-keeping training from former Indian wicket-keeper Mr. Kiran More, one of the finest players to represent India behind the stumps.

During the session, players were introduced to modern wicket-keeping techniques, match awareness, footwork improvement, glove work, reflex training, and game-reading skills. Mr. Kiran More also shared his vast cricketing experience and practical insights, helping young cricketers understand the importance of discipline, fitness, consistency, and mental strength in professional cricket.

The training camp created an inspiring environment for the participants, allowing them to interact closely with a legendary cricketer and gain knowledge from his years of experience at the highest level of the game.

The Andhra Cricket Association continues to focus on player development initiatives by organizing high-quality coaching programs and specialized camps to nurture young talent across the state.
