REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – Civil & Finishing Works – Expression of Interest

Dr. YSR ACA VDCA Cricket Stadium, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam

Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) is pleased to invite you to participate in the RFP process for the following packages under the ACA VDCA Cricket Stadium Project:

• B Ground Toilet
• Satellite Building for Broadcasting
• Retaining Wall - 185 Rmt

Project Scope of Works / Preliminaries

1	Civil Works (PCC, RCC, Shuttering & Rebar Works)
2	Solid Block Work (200 mm & 100 mm thick)
3	Plastering Work (Internal & External walls)
4	Waterproofing with protection layer @ Sunken area (Internal & External)
5	Hamelite or vermiculite filling @ Sunken area
6	Kota Flooring - Staircase
7	Vitrified flooring & skirting
8	Vitrified Cladding
9	Granite countertops
10	Painting works
11	Joinery Works (Doors & Windows)
12	MS Railing Works
13	False Ceiling Works (Gypsum, GRID & VOX Infratop Connex ceiling system)
14	Other Miscellaneous Works

Note: The above works shall be executed on an item-rate basis, inclusive of materials, manpower and machinery. The timeline for completion is 30 days from the award of contract.

As part of this landmark development, the Client intends to engage a reputed and experienced contracting firm to undertake the General Civil Contract Works for the esteemed project.

• PF & ESI Registration Certificate Copy

• Constitution of Company:
  • For Companies: Certificate of Incorporation
  • For Partnership Firm: Partnership Deed
  • For LLP: Certificate of Incorporation
  • For Proprietorship: PAN Card and Bank Details

2. Technical

• Company portfolio
• Current commitments in hand
• List of plant & equipment
• Organization Chart
• Escalation matrix (Till closure of tender)
• Manpower Mobilization Plan

General Instructions

• Interested bidders are advised to visit and inspect the project site to assess location, facilities, local conditions and all factors affecting the work.
• Any technical queries may be addressed to the undersigned via email.
• The BID Proposal shall be submitted within 2 working days from receipt of the BOQ.
